Introducing SEED at the National Conference: Streamlining Aged Care with AI Agents

The Ageing Australia National Conference 2025 was held at the International Convention Centre Sydney from 30 September to 2 October, bringing together more than 2,300 carers, nurses, executives and aged care providers from across Australia. The conference featured high-profile speakers, including Minister for Aged Care and Seniors Sam Rae, Shadow Minister for Health and Aged Care Anne Ruston, demographer Mark McCrindle, and journalist Virginia Trioli as MC.

Among the technologies showcased, SEED a hub of AI Agents for aged care, was highlighted as a solution designed to streamline every aspect of facility operations. QTX leaders Lubo Shopov, CEO, Haroon Bin Ashfaq, CTO, and Nadya Dimitrova, Head of People and Culture attended the event to meet with providers and demonstrate SEED in action.

SEED The AI Hub for Aged Care

SEED brings together a growing collection of AI Agents that many aged care providers are already familiar with but now they are part of a unified hub. We have added many more Agents, each designed to handle a specific function such as rostering, compliance reporting, resident engagement and administrative tasks.

Unlike generic software solutions, SEED is built with aged care in mind. Providers do not need to adjust their processes to fit the technology. Instead, the AI Agents adapt to the daily work inside an aged care facility, making everyday tasks smoother and more efficient.

Why AI Agents Matter in Aged Care

During the conference, we spoke with carers, nurses and executives. A recurring theme emerged. Paperwork is heavy, compliance is complex and staff are stretched thin.

This is where SEED makes a difference. The AI Agents are not here to replace staff they are here to support them. By automating routine and time-consuming tasks, SEED gives teams the space to focus on what matters most, delivering high quality care to residents.

Looking Ahead with SEED

With the new Aged Care Act coming into effect this November, compliance and reporting are becoming even more critical. SEEDs Compliance Agent helps providers stay prepared while the other AI Agents continue to reduce workloads across rostering, engagement and administration.

Over the coming months, we will be sharing more stories about how SEED AI Agents are helping providers deliver more efficient, compliant and resident-focused care.
